Important: Neelamify is an information platform only. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any auction transaction. Always verify listing details directly with the respective bank before placing a bid.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neelamify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.


These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Neelamify is an information aggregation platform that collects and presents bank auction property listings from public sources including bank websites, newspapers, and official auction notices.


We are NOT:

  • A real estate broker or agent
  • A bank or financial institution
  • A party to any auction transaction
  • Responsible for the accuracy of information provided by banks

    • We ARE:

  • An information aggregation and discovery platform
  • A tool to help you find and evaluate auction opportunities
  • A provider of analytical tools (EMI calculator, price comparisons)

    • 3. User Accounts

    To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:


  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Platform to:


  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without written permission
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission (Enterprise API users are exempt)

    • Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content on Neelamify — including the platform design, code, logos, editorial content, and data compilations — is owned by Neelamify Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian copyright law.


    You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.


    Auction notices and property details are sourced from public records. The original notices remain the property of the respective banks.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:


  • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That auction details match the bank's official notice

    • Always verify auction details directly with the respective bank before bidding. Neelamify is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on Platform information.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, NEELAMIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:


  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Losses arising from participation in bank auctions
  • Errors or omissions in listing information
  • Third-party actions or content

    • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    8. Subscription and Payments

    Free Plan: Available to all registered users at no cost.


    Paid Plans: Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.


    Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except within our 7-day money-back guarantee window.


    Price Changes: We will provide 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.


    For consumer disputes, you may also approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
